Ashley Force - Drag Racer, Company President and Believer in Jesus

Ashley has proven to be a force in the sport of funny car drag racing (excuse the pun). She has had success both on the track by winning the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals in 2009 and 2010 and off of the track as the President of John Force Entertainment. She has also professed her belief in Jesus as her Lord and Savior and continues to be a great witness to race car drivers and race fans all around the country. Pray for her as she transitions from race car driver to company executive.

Trey Canard Update, he broke his femur at the Competitive Edge MX

A faithful Christian believer, Trey Canard was having a great Supercross series in his first full time season until he broke his femur at the Competitive Edge MX Park last Wednesday. He is expected to be out for six weeks so he will miss the rest of the SX series and he will most likely miss the first two rounds of the outdoor motocross series. He will need your prayers for a speedy and successful recovery. Please pray for him as the harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few, and riders of our faith are needed to spread the Gospel to the unsaved in the motocross community.

Bicyclist hit and killed on Carson Street in Long Beach

This posting is about a cyclist who was hit by a motorist and died as a result of his injuries on Friday March 18 in Long Beach. His name is Leonardo Antonio Florez. I don't know if he was saved or not as I didn't know him personally, but the accident happened on the route of our Friday company bike ride. He was riding in the dark hours without any lights whatsoever, and as a cyclist I know how dangerous this can be. It also made me think about the the fact that everyone needs Jesus and that we never know when our life will end. The Bible says....
1 Peter 1:24-25
Because "All flesh is as grass, And all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, And its flower falls away, But the word of the LORD endures forever." Now this is the word which by the gospel was preached to you.

If you are reading this and you don't know Jesus or you are unsure if you are saved I urge you to take a minute and pray the below prayer and get plugged-in to a local fellowship that teaches the Bible.

“Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.”

Alexi Grewal - Making a comeback @ 50 as a believer in Jesus!

At the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, Alexi Grewal became the first American male to win the Olympic gold medal in road cycling. From there he turned pro and competed on several top level teams such as Panasonic, 7-Eleven and Coors Light. After his success he fell on rough times as he didn't have anything to replace the hole that leaving professional racing had left. After accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior his Church fellowship convinced him to re-enter professional cycling and to target the Quiznos Pro Challenge Race in 2011 which takes place in his home state of Colorado. He became a member of the International Christian Cycling Club (ICCC). In 2004 he was elected to the United States Bicycling Hall of Fame.
